Everything I know, and anything anyone really needs to know about leadership and culture change, I learnt from watching and teaching infants!

Objectives

This course will offer participants the opportunity to consider:
• The psychology of change
• The impact of leadership and management styles
• How and why the motivation, behaviour and thinking of young children has a direct link to the leadership and transformation of adult behaviour
• The fun of leading and transforming teams and organisations
• The joy of getting it wrong!!
