Course led by: Glenda Dudley and Wendy Thomas

Objectives

Course participants will have the opportunity to:

• Consider the role of the Senior Leadership Team in leading current initiatives such as the Foundation Phase and Skills Based Learning
• Identify their own school priorities for the successful implementation of new pedagogy
• Develop strategies to undertake change in a proactive and not reactive manner
• Develop effective strategies for coping with ‘change resistors’
• Network with colleagues in similar roles

Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers and TLR Post Holders
