If you’re focussed on getting children to collaborate in their learning then this course will offer you insights into the processes, interactions and classroom situations that will make this happen. A highly engaging course that will influenece the quality of learning in your classroom.
 

Objectives

Course participants will have the opportunity to:

• Explore how collaboration in the classroom can be developed through situations, interactions and processes
• Consider the correlation between positive behaviour and collaborative learning
• Review a variety of approaches to collaboration within the classroom and view case studies
• Reflect on classroom management strategies that support collaborative learning
• Pick up tips for developing appropriate practice for supporting collaboration with children at different stages of development
• Reflect on the positive impact on learning of collaborative situations and interactions
