More than Happy and Sad

Objectives

This course will enable participants to:

♦ Explore the ways in which we can support young children to recognise, name and talk about feelings;
♦ Look at how puppets and toys can be used to support children to talk about and understand emotions;
♦ Consider how stories and images can be used to help children to explore Feelings; and
♦ Learn about how to develop important vocabulary through their interactions with children.
