Objectives

This course will offer participants:
• An opportunity to consider the challenges facing leaders of Integrated Children’s Centres;
• Strategies for developing cohesion within integrated services;
• Practical suggestions on how to secure better outcomes for children and their families; and
• Time for reflection and forward planning.

Target Audience

Senior leaders of Integrated Children’s Centres and those with an interest in integrated service delivery. (This two-day course will have greatest impact when more than one person from a setting attends)
