Description

The success of the Foundation Phase is dependent upon the adults having a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities when working with children. If you are recently qualified or new to the Foundation Phase then this course will help you to move your understanding and practice forward and is packed with helpful hints and practical tips.

Objectives

Course participants will have the opportunity to:

• Develop a clear view of quality learning and teaching in the Foundation Phase
• Consider practical ways in which adults can challenge and engage all learners
• Consider ideas for the development of planning in the long, medium and short term
• Explore their role and effectiveness with regards the implementation of the Foundation Phase

NQTs/EPD and Practitioners new to the Foundation Phase or returning to the profession
