Description

If you’re focussed on getting children to become enquirers and collaborate in their learning then this course will offer you insights into the processes, interactions and classroom situations that will make this happen. This is a highly engaging course that will influence the quality of learning in your classroom.

Objectives

Course participants will have the opportunity to:

• Consider how the environment supports or detracts from enquiry based learning

• Reflect on classroom management strategies that support enquiry and collaborative learning

• Explore how collaboration in the classroom can be developed through situations, interactions and processes

• Consider the correlation between positive behaviour and collaborative learning

• Pick up tips for developing appropriate practice for supporting collaboration with children at different stages of development
