How do I access a ‘Package of Support?’

Identify your school’s needs and request a quotation. After discussion we will reach an agreement with regard to the services and training schedule we will implement, the cost for the services, the dates that various components will be undertaken and a payment schedule.
The ‘Package of Support’ may be planned for a minimum of three months to a maximum of twelve months. Fees are invoiced on a half termly basis in equal amounts as per the payment schedule. (For example, a group of schools that sign up for a ‘Package of Support’ over a twelve month period will be invoiced six times in equal amounts).
Where more than one school is involved in a ‘Package of Support’ the group of schools designates one school as the key contact. This school will be responsible for re-charging the partner schools and settling the invoice with The Learning Partnership. Individual headteachers will continue to be part of the on-going dialogue and decision making.

Bespoke Training Packages for Individual Schools or School Clusters

Together we identify key areas of development and pinpoint the people within your team who are the catalysts for change. Training and capacity building for individuals and/or groups are core to our work with you.

We write bespoke packages to suit the developing needs of your team in order to achieve the greatest impact in the classroom, so that you see clear evidence of the changes you planned. The different support components enable schools and settings to ‘mix and match’ the needs of whole school training and development, alongside meeting individual staff training needs by attending individual courses.

This highly dynamic approach empowers all who are involved in it - making it an enjoyable and highly valuable component of building your dream team.

The support components are offered both at The Learning Partnership in Llanelli and at your own school
