What a Tremendous Success with Prof. Dr. Ferre Laevers at The Vale of Glamorgan Hotel 'Working at Quality in Early Childhood Education'
The Learning Partnership held a special one day conference with Prof. Dr. Ferre Laevers at the Vale of Glamorgan Hotel on Thursday 26th November. 240 course delegates attended the conference with the majority of teachers coming from Wales. Some teachers made a special journey coming from a far a field as Scotland, Holland and Germany.
The conference was exceptional and the feed back from delegates and Prof. Dr. Ferre Laevers has been tremendous. The relationship between the conference delegates and Prof. Dr. Ferre Laevers was evident throughout the day. Teachers in Wales are embracing the Foundation Phase philosphy of education through experiential learning and Prof. Dr. Ferre Laevers confirmed that when speaking after the conference.
This demonstrates that teachers in Wales are embracing experiential learning through the Foundation Phase which will ultimately raise the the quality of provision for children in Wales.
