Gill Harrison

Gill has worked in primary education for 38 years; first as a classroom teacher, then as a deputy and head teacher. For the last 12 ½ years she has been a primary advisor in Neath Port Talbot with particular responsibility for early years / Foundation Phase. Gill is an Estyn inspector and an accredited trainer for EEL/PEEL and Building Learning Power. Her particular interests are in the creative arts and assessment. As part of her role within a local authority she works in collaboration with professionals across a number of services. Currently she is very involved in establishing good quality childcare within the Flying Start scheme. Back
