Glenda Dudley

Glenda has worked in the professional education arena for twenty years both in the UK and in prestigious international schools. Her knowledge and experience of early childhood education is expansive and her expertise in child development and provision for the under fives has emerged as a major strength during her career to date. She has experience as a Headteacher, an early years’ advisor and trainer for aspects of education for children from birth to seven.
She is committed to high quality learning experiences that impact positively on children and young people.

Glenda was the Headteacher of Cardiff´s flagship integrated children´s centre; The Ely and Careau Children´s Centre. The centre is fully committed to the Foundation Phase philosophy. Glenda´s experience, gained through the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme and Project Zero (Harvard University,)  has paved the way for The Ely and Careau Children´s Centre to be established as one of the Early Years centres of excellence in Wales.
