Description
Course led by: Glenda Dudley and Karen March
Participants will be able to explore ways of capturing the special nature of the development of children through appropriate and meaningful experiences. This course aims to deepen understanding of effective practice and provision by focusing upon the specific interests and developmental needs of babies, toddlers and two year-olds.
Objectives
Course participants will have the opportunity to:
• Reflect on appropriate provision for babies and toddlers
• Explore exciting play opportunities
• Consider the key environmental factors which support/inhibit development
• Deepen their understanding on the critical need for quality interactions with this age group
• Gain a wealth of practical ideas and suggestions
• View exemplar materials for planning, observation and assessment

Glenda Dudley has worked in Early Years education for more than twenty years both in the UK and in an international context in Europe and the Middle East.
