I love to draw….

Creating the foundations for children's writing

Course participants will have the opportunity to:

· Explore children’s drawings as the basis for their writing

· Consider ways in which they can improve the detail in children’s drawings

· Develop strategies to enrich children’s language through drawing

· Reflect upon children’s interests as the basis for drawings and for motivating reluctant writers

· Gain a wealth of practical ideas to foster children’s imagination and creativity
